You do not enter the credit.

You enter the dependent in the My Info section of the program.  If they are eligible you will receive the Other Dependent Tax Credit of $500 on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 19.  The TurboTax software enters the credit if the dependent is eligible for the credit.
