Where do I enter for FTB 4966?
I owe California state taxes and I was mailed this form. It seems that I would need to enter this on my tax return somewhere so they can just take my return.
If you received a notice from California asking you to pay owed funds, you will have to follow the directions on the form and pay them directly.
There is no way to electronically link your taxes with the California debt collection department.
