Just enter it as ordinary interest just as if you got the 1099-INT from a bank.

You will enter this under wages and income.

To add a 1099-INT, follow these steps:

Sign into your TurboTax account
From your federal return
Click on Wages & Income
Click Review/Edit
Select Investments and Savings, click Show More
You will see Interest on 1099-INT
