Where do I enter 1099-Div Box 12?

This information can be entered on the page that is entitled "Let's get the details....". (This is under Wages and Income in the Federal Section.)

There is a small box below Qualified Dividends: My form has info in more than just these boxes. Check that box and you will see Box 12.
