I presume you are an Advantage member with an annual subscription?   In any case, you can obtain your download through the link below.   Log in with your Advantage User ID, if that's the case.  Or your TurboTax User ID otherwise.

Report back if it's unsuccessful.

I see my download but when I try to download it there is no down loads associated with my account. Order [removed]

Please do not post order numbers in this public user forum.

What do you mean by "I see my download"?   Is it present in your account, i.e., do you see the download there, but nothing happens when you try to download it?
Or are you not finding it at all?

If you don't find your download, then you may have multiple accounts and signed into the wrong one.  To get a list of your User ID's and recover accounts, you can use the tool at the link below.  If you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.

NOTE: Before running the tool, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to:

If still no luck after running that on each email address you have, then run the tool yet again, but this time choose the small blue link that says "I don't know my email address or User ID", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
