Are you able to get to screen image 1 below?

Go to Federal Taxes, then subtab Income & Expenses, then scroll down and find a tab for All Income.   Then you should see a list of all the Income topics.

Find the topic "Rentals, Royalties, and Farm" and choose START or Update.

A screen or two later, you should see image #2 that I provided below.   It shows how to get to the Form 4835 interview.
