Where can I attach copies of certificates, not available through turbotax, to my return?

I am a certified volunteer fire fighter and it is telling me I need to attach a copy of the certification to my return... only there is no option to attach it. Where do I find this option?

If  you want add anything which is not a  Fed form you must file the return on paper by mail.
