Where are the file by mail instructions?

Instructions for file by mail do not print for federal tax.  State works fine.

Help only refers to online filing.  I have the Computer-based product.

I think you mean page 108. The document only has 108 pages total.

Yes, this year it is on page 108.  The 1040 instructions change from year to year and are a bit shorter this year.
