when will turbotax2025 be ready to go

It is January 1 and turbotax is not yet ready to be utilized!!   Hopes to use it for year end tax planning were dashed.  There are other software vendors who have 2025 up and running.  When can we expect to use 2025 software?  Maybe before the Jan15th estimated tax due date???

Updates should be coming but depending what you need it seems unlikely to me that stuff you can't do now will suddenly be all done for Jan 15th.  It's possible to use forms mode tho some can be tricky.

this tool shows form availability so a lot of 1040 updates will be coming in January tho not clear when the interview sections will be available as 1099B says "Feb or sooner"

At this point it's a matter of waiting a few weeks as 1099s are not available yet anyway.  But if you still need to do 2025 estimations use forms mode, use different s/w or some other online calculator like this
