When will turbo tax be updated for new tax law for estimated 2025 taxes?

Turbotax 2025 is usually released in November, both online and as a CD or download.  However, even then, it is a rough beta version.  Law changes may or may not be included.  The program is not guaranteed to be fully updated until all forms and instructions are approved and it is ready to file (usually January).

The biggest problem is that, when the law changes, the IRS needs to update the forms and instructions.  Turbotax will not release an update until the IRS approves the new forms, even if we could all guess what the change probably will be.  So it depends first on how long it takes the IRS to get in gear, then a few weeks after that.  Some changes that only affect a small number of taxpayers may be delayed further.
