When will this be resolved: issues with completing eFile due to bogus Form 8582 being generated and requiring a review?

Some Maryland TurboTax customers are experiencing an issue when completing the review of their taxes. When reviewing their tax information, Form 8582 is generated with a message stating “??Check this entry - Form 8582: Activity description - This form is not ready to be filed due a change in the federal form. It should be available soon.”

We’re currently working to resolve this inconvenient issue.

It hasn't been fixed. I have been getting the same message to "Fix Iowa Return" for two weeks. I just tried to file this afternoon and still same message. Please fix this immediately - this is a problem.
