When will the form 8889-t form be ready?

The turbo tax program states it will be ready by 01/26/2017. It is now 01/27/2017. From my understanding this is a lack of preparation on turbo taxes part. Please advise

As of the time of this answer (1/25/17 2:01 pm PST), the forms availability chart shows the Form 8889 will be available 1/26/17.
