When will the 1040X forms be available this year

It looks like Form 1040X Amended Return has been moved back again, this time to March 4, according to this table. The routine weekly updates usually occur overnight from Wednesday into Thursday. So if it's not ready late on March 4, it could be March 5.

It looks like the Form 1040X Amended Return became available today Feb. 27 according to the Forms Availability table. IF it's correct.
