When will state return updates be complete? I get this error "We're working on updates related to 1099-R that qualify for disaster or covid relief"

Tried, automated message hung up on me and then had hour wait when I called back. This is the error for WI state filing. 

I would like to know when or if this will be updated. 

Edit: after a lot of digging I found it will be updated 3/15.
