When will OR-40-V be finalized to be printed and filed? I owe OR taxes but can’t print form as it says “Do not final, form not ready”?

I can view state form as preview only but cannot use form OR-40-V to pay taxes. I also tried using the printing center but there is still a watermark.

We live in North Carolina.  I encountered the same response.  This evening the state return finally went through.  The program would not allow you because the state had not approved the forms.  Each state is different and we have to wait until each state approves the forms.  I hope that helps.

On the list of Forms Availability, it shows the 1040V as unsupported if you efile.

You can go to Form OR-40-V, Oregon Individual Income Tax Payment Voucher  and fill in a voucher to mail.
