When will my payment be processed if I owe money

The direct debit will occur on or after the date you specified when you selected the direct debit option.

I marked March 2 and it has not been processed

The IRS may not be done processing your return yet. They will not debit until they have cross-checked stimulus, EIC, CTC, etc. The IRS has a lot going in with cross checking the first two stimulus payments and credits, paying refunds, paying stimulus now and trying to debit your account. Once the IRS has finished processing your return, it will be moved to the accounting department for them to set up the debit.
