With regard to the availability of Illinois forms according to Turbotax support I was told to wait until 2/25. You can efile now but can't print, view or download forms. Also, forget the "workaround" and "additional workaround" posted on the help site; neither work.

I also tried "workaround" and "additional workaround" posted on the help site and neither worked. IL forms did not reinstall after following additional workaround instructions. Guess I'll have to wait until 2/25/19...

I tried the "additional workaround" and I ended up being charged for the Illinois state forms again even though they were my one free state. However, that resulted in the Illinois forms being put in the download section of my account. I downloaded the executable containing the forms, ran it, and it reinstalled the Illinois forms which allowed me to print my Illinois return. I have no idea why three calls into the support center all gave the same answer: wait until 2/25.
