When will form A, itemized deductions, be available

Schedule A is available to enter itemized deduction in the Deductions and Credits section of the program.  

Schedule A is estimated to be available for e-filing or printing on 01/23/2020

is this form available yet?  I am getting a notice it is not available as of 2/9/2020.  If not, do you know when?

IRS Schedule A for federal tax returns has been available for about two weeks now.
