When will form 8815 be available?

Thanks, but the date of 3/31 makes no sense. The IRS released the form in mid-January. Why is it taking TurboTax so long to incorporate it? (According to various message boards, other online tax services already have the form available.)

Having to wait a month to file my taxes is ridiculous. TurboTax needs to address this ... and quickly!
