When will Form 1116, Schedule B, be available in 2022?

If you are referring to Form 1116, Foreign Tax Credit for AMT, per IRS forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products, it's currently available. If you are using TurboTax Online, it should have automatically updated once the form became available.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you would need to manually update the software.

Form 1116 is available and I'm able to fill it out, but since I have a carry over amount, Turbo Tax says I need to "fill out Form 1116, Schedule B, which will be available in a future update" and I'd like to know when that future update will happen. Thank you!

Our TurboTax Development Team has been working non-stop to support e-file for IRS Form 1116 Sch B. We’re happy to share that the functionality is currently available in our Online Product. Desktop functionality should be ready by Saturday 3/12/22. Look out for a new engine update and you should be able to e-file.
