When will 2017 be available for download

TurboTax for the 2017 desktop editions is available for purchasing a CD or Download from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

The payment flow redirects to a very scammy looking website. If you enter your payment information, it will not follow with a Download button. Turbotax redirects users to so many different urls, it has become a huge mess.
