When using the deluxe, is filing state include or an extra fee?

I am using TurboTax Premier and there was a fee for electronic filing of the state tax return.  I would assume the same applies to all versions of TurboTax, but you might want to check with others.

Using the Deluxe online editions when you add a state tax return that is an additional $39.  Price increases on March 1.
