When trying to finish my 1099-MISC, it is asking me to review the 1099, and there is a text box section next to "Schedule C" that I need to fill in to be able to continue, what do I type in the box!

When trying to finish my 1099-MISC, it is asking me to review the 1099, and there is a text box section next to "Schedule C" that I need to fill in to be able to continue, what do I type in the box!
