I am finishing my granddaughter's taxes and want to file.  I did them last year using H&R Block software.  My pc crashed and I had to get a new hard drive.  I am trying to e-file, but I don't have a copy of last form nor the form online to get the agi.  What can I do to file?

Your grandaughter can quickly download a free IRS transcript of her return from the IRS website which will include her accurate AGI. Select the blue link above then 'Get transcript online'.

On your transcript, look for ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME (you may need to look on page 2). This is the number in the IRS database; make sure the AGI you enter matches this number exactly.
