Are you wanting PLUS in order to unlock a prior-year return? And by "after filing" I assume that means you have already filed your 2018 return. And were you trying to upgrade your already-filed 2018 return from Free Edition to PLUS and ended up in a higher paid edition by accident? Under your question above it says "Self-Employed Edition", which is the highest edition.
If that describes your situation, then you can't clear an already-filed return to start over. You'll have to phone TurboTax Support during business hours, tell them you upgraded too far accidentally, and ask them to unlock any prior returns. They may not even charge you.

There's also another free option if a return transcript will suit your purpose. You may be able to immediately download one at the IRS website if you qualify to open an IRS account there. Otherwise, to order a transcript to come by postal mail takes 5-10 calendar days.
