When is the error for completing form 8582 going to be resolved so I can file my taxes?

I have asked those in the know.  MANY users are asking the same question.  So far, no further information is available.  I know only that the issue is under investigation.  My apologies.

Form 8582 is used to figure the amount of any passive activity loss.
