When I tried to reset my password it says "access denied"?

I've tried both the mobile app and the website and I can't reset my password.

Sign onto your TurboTax account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Click on Intuit Account on the bottom left corner of the Tax Home web page

Click on Sign in & security.

Click on Password to enter a new password for your account
