Most parts of the program don't require that. Some parts do, unfortunately, because there are default selections on one or more screens in that interview and starting back through resets the defaults.

We notice you didn’t make any estimsted PA tax payments for your federal return…but I did! Went back and reentered but still same message. Now what?
