When I go to the payment screen to review and file I select IRS payment plan and it’s not working it asks for payment information now to proceed how do I pay irs plan?

Follow these steps since the IRS form is difficult and it is so easy to do online. 

1. Just mark that you will mail the payment - this let's you get through the program and file. 
2. Anytime you are ready, go to Apply online for a payment plan. 
   • If you already have a payment plan, you can combine the old and new. 
   • If you have never had a payment plan, you must go to Payments and pay each month until your payment plan is approved. Otherwise, it can be revoked once it is approved.
