When I go to select my school district for NY state taxes, none of the drop-downs work when I click on them. Is this a glitch? How do I fix it?

It won't let me submit until I select a disctrict

To enter your school district, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your return.
2. Edit your New York return.
3. Continue through your return until you get to the screen, Tell us about your New York County. Choose your county.
4. On the next page, Tell us about your New York School District, choose your NY school district. Please see screenshot below for additional guidance.
5. Continue through your return.

When I click on the drop-down next to my county, nothing happens. It will not let me select a school district

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and re-open the program and return to this section.

If you still can't make a choice, you can Contact TurboTax Support for help.
