At first I was asked if I had coverage, and I checked yes, but the next page never asked me what I have, it only listed if I had the different Marketplace plans, and I said no.

From what you disclosed, if you didn't get penalized on your return, then this is merely an administrative error on your part if MediShare is either a Marketplace plan or falls under one of the other categories. No mathematical effect occurred due to this error if you had coverage the entire year, or partial year and you were under the limits of what's acceptable non-covered periods, or fall under one of the "special situations".
Most providers of plans provide the IRS with electronic files confirming you had coverage with them. Even if someone doesn't file their taxes to avoid being penalized, the Government can investigate them rather quick.
In this situation, you haven't defrauded the Government of funds by what you disclosed. You made an honest mistake. I haven't heard of the Government sending auditors out because someone had an error like this.
I doubt they have the time to reprimand people for a mistake this small with the actual fraud case workload they have to handle.
In my opinion, in this situation, no news is good news.
But "if" you wanted to do the proper thing and amend your return to ensure your return like a #TaxHero:
