When I filed my fed and state tax back in April I owed. at the end of filing I had to pay my state tax to finish filing. I owed $564 for state. still shows I owe?

they pulled the money from my account but it still says I owe $564 for my state taxes? how can I get confirmation that I payed it off already back in April

Turbo Tax will never know if or when the tax due was paid. The IRS or state never updates them when they get your payment. That is just the result of your tax return when you filed.  Your only proof of payment is your bank statement or credit card showing the payment coming out. Turbo Tax only passes your bank account number to the IRS or state for them to take it out of your account.

your bank statement showing a withdrawal payable to <your state> Dept of Revenue is sufficient

OR

you can go online to see your Dept of Revenue balance, if any.
