When filling out my State Taxes, it asked if I received any MDHHS payments. Is SNAP included in MDHHS payments?

No. According to the Instructions for the MI form 1040CR page 26 for the Homestead Tax Credit extracted below, when entering household resources do not include food assistance benefits.

"Total household resources do NOT include:

...

Surplus food or food assistance program benefits"

Did anyone from NM get a notice that you owe a penalty for late payment of state taxes? My state tax payment was part of turbo tax process. anyone have same issue?
