Hello what can the Turbo Tax Support person see when we give the shift enter code? Our whole desktop or just the turbotax form?

When doing shift/enter the agent is only seeing your TurboTax page. Nothing else.

Also, per previous comment, the turbotax page does not show highly secure PII, such as SS#, credit card#, etc., of the customer.

We see numbers on the body (lines of computations) of the tax form, no names, no social security numbers, no address (only the state )
