When doing my taxes it said I was getting back money from state but now that it’s been completed it doesn’t say I’m getting anything back.

You can't go by the Refund monitor at the top until you are done entering everything.  Check your actual state return for the refund or tax due.  At the end did it say you have an overpayment and if you want to apply it?  That means Do you want to leave your refund with the IRS or state and apply it to next year's tax return you do in 2025.  Most people don't want to do that and want to get their refund now. So say NO, not to apply it.
