When do I get charged for turbo tax? Is it before I click the transmit my return button or after?

If you choose to pay out of your refund then the fees will be deducted from your refund or after you select the transmit button. If you chose to pay with another form of payment then you would have entered your payment information in step 2 of the file instructions and before you click transmit.
