The TurboTax desktop CD/Download software for tax year 2020 will be available in mid-November 2020.

The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2020 should be available in early December 2020.

Online usually becomes available mid-late December with forms as they exist then. It depends if Congress makes last minute tax law changes like they did at the end of 2019 that delayed everything.
