When asked in "My Info" to insert my state of residence on December 31, 2024, it does not provide the option to put in an overseas address. How do I proceed?

I chose option Foreign or US Territory, but none of the selections apply that are offered. I simply live in Germany as an expat.

What selections are you referring to? For State of Residence, all you have to do is select "Foreign or U.S. Territory."

If you are talking about entering your mailing address, at the top of the screen, above the street address, select "Foreign Address."
