That would be employer provided health insurance that you have with your employer. The 1095-C is not reported on your tax return directly. However, the TurboTax interview asks if you had coverage and if you answered the questions, then there is nothing else to do. Just keep the form for your personal records. It's just the form that tells the IRS what type of health coverage you were on and how long you had the coverage.
