What should I do if the screen is blank?

I'm almost done filing my tax return, but then it tells me I have to fix my tax return. I click on that and then it takes me to a screen that says 'Form 8615: Filing status should be blank', but then there is nothing under that for me to click on. It's completely blank. This is preventing me from filing my tax return. What should I do?
