What should I do if it says select an overpayment option for 2022 it's saying that I overpaid by around 1300 can I get that on this year's taxes?

Based on what you've said you have a $1,300 refund due.  If this is true you have 3 options:

1. Pay for TurboTax and get the balance if your refund.
   1. Not recommended because of added fees and delays in getting the refund.
2. Apply all or part of this refund to your 2023 tax return.
   1. Unless you're expecting a large extra sum of money, you will not need to use this option.
3. Take the full amount of this refund now.
   1. This is the recommended option.
