I don't know the context in which this word was used, but if you received an email from TurboTax saying that your data was accessed, this suggests that TurboTax believes that someone opened your TurboTax account.

If you did that, then there is no problem. If you did not, then you should change your account password immediately, to prevent any more deliberate or accidental exposure of your information.
