What kind of 1099?  A 1099Misc?  What is it for?  If it is for self employment you need the Self Employed version if you have any expenses.  If you just have income you can use a lower version.

If you are filing a 1099  Form you would be fine using Turbo Tax Deluxe unless there are more forms that you have for owning a business.

But between Federal and Self Employed you would be safer getting Turbo Tax Self Employed.
