What option do I select to avoid a penalty for not taking my full RMD for 2020 (w/d for 9-months but not for the remaining 3-months of 2020)? Please advise?

There are 3-options 1. Received all the RMD for 2020, 2. Did not receive all the RMD for 2020, 3. Not required to take an RMD for 2020.  When I selected option 2 TurboTax indicated possible penalty (I did not pay back the first 9-months.
