What is the federal IRS address to send corrections in the mail for 2023 taxes

By "corrections" do you mean an amended return?    When you print it, it will print with mailing instructions and tell you where to mail it.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
