I am a home health nurse, and instead of receiving a typical 1099 form with numbered boxes, I got a paper titled "Combined Tax Statement for Forms 1098 1099 5498." It has white and blue lines instead of boxes and it says "***2019 Form 1099-MSC, MISCELLANEOUS INCOME | NON EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION 7 $####". Are these the same thing? Can I use the total amount on this sheet to file my taxes? It doesn't say tax withheld anywhere, so can I assume no taxes were withheld ?
Thank you for your help!!

combined - one form that contains multiple types of tax data.
you could get a
separate 1098-mort
separtate 1099-div
separate 1099-int
separate 5498 (ira contribution)
separate 1099-misc
rather than getting separate forms for each category/type, you got one form containing all this info which for some people can be very confusing.
but i'm confused by your statementt about combined..... while you only mention line 7
if that's the only $ amount on the form it should generally be reported on schedule C.
Yeah, I should only have received a 1099 misc. I don't have/need any 1098 or 5498. I just realized that the 7 in "NONEMPLOYEE COMPENSATION 7" is correlated to BOX 7 on a normal 1099 misc form. So is the total on this sheet my total for my 1099 misc? My other concern is that it doesn't mention any tax withholdings. Does that mean there weren't any?
