What is the cost for state filing?

Or in a desktop edition (CD/download) and which one?

Thanks, I finally figured it out.  It cost me 24.99 + OH sales tax using credit card.

Livid, charges $44 extra for “free” state filing!  Never again

In the paid Online Editions there is a 44.99 fee to prepare a state return (previously 39.99 in early filing season.)   The state return is free only in the two free products--Free Edition and the TurboTax Free File Program--if one qualifies to use one of those products.

In the desktop editions that include a state program, there is a 44.99 fee to add a second state program (for a different state.)

In the desktop editions, there is a 24.99 fee to efile a state return, except no fee for New York.  There is no fee to print and mail the state returns.
