The 24 digit character from Edward Jones should be either included on your 1099 Form, or provided directly by the institution in order for it to be automatically pulled from the institution. Some customers have found that inputting the 1099 manually is easier, since contacting Edward Jones have been very useful. You will need a physical or digital copy of her 1099-INT and manually put it in the software. See the captures below for some guidance 

• From the Investments and Savings screen, you will skip the importing option and click Enter in a Different Way

• You will then select the type of investment income received, and hit continue

• You will then see the option to type it manually. You can also upload the PDF from your computer, or snap a picture of it
