No. As I said in my first comment today, I don't work for TurboTax.   But I am a longtime user and answer a lot of forum questions.  I also don't agree with some of their marketing strategies.

There's still another path.  You can contact the folks at Intuit Corporate office if you wish to give them feedback on your experience.  Here's how:

 

You can go to the page below. Just below the page's large title, you'll see a blue banner that says:

"Do you have a question, concern, or feedback about an Intuit product or service?"

There is a "Send an email" link with an arrow.   They supposedly will assign it to the right team for review, and I believe they are pretty good at getting back to you.

 

NOTE:  If you wish to contact them, do NOT send any sensitive personal info since that is regular email--not secure email.
