You need to go all the way back to where you entered your W2. At the bottom, in boxes 15, 15 and 17, you should have information about Georgia. This error says that you entered the amount in box 17 for the state tax withheld and that you also got your state pay in box 16 correct. But box 15 should have the state (GA) and the state ID number in there. If that information is on your W2 then copy it over. If not, then put GA and the federal tax ID number. That will solve your problem.
